When you've caught the eye of the woman you like and she returns your gaze, smile first. A smile always goes over well and breaks the ice a little. Now play a bit, look away again and then smile at her once more. Now you're ready to take action. Let your shoulders drop back and relax, and walk up to the woman with purpose. If there are other women near your target, don't let that discourage you in the slightest. Show her that you are confident and interested in her.
But what do you say once you've reached her? How can you speak clearly and hide your possible nervousness? And are your chances lower if other women are nearby?

In people's minds, muscular men with a strong posture are always held up as the ideal - true alpha males. But is that exactly what women like?
There is certainly no ultimate dream man for every woman. Every woman has her own individual taste in both looks and character.
However, women go for men who are down to earth and have good self-confidence. A man doesn't need prestige, a hard-trained body or an IQ of 160 and up. But if he knows exactly what he wants when women are around, that goes over all the better with the sex he desires. If you run away when women are nearby, though, you should fight your nervousness and shyness. For example, you can wiggle your big toes in stressful situations. This lowers your stress level and loosens your tense muscles again.
And otherwise, as with everything, practice makes perfect!
